Tell us what you are planning
Every enquiry reaches Rakesh directly, and the first conversation is about your site, your brief and your budget - not a sales call.

Begin your project
Tell us what you are planning. Rakesh reads every enquiry himself and replies within 48 hours. The first conversation costs nothing.
Send the enquiry
Five questions, about a minute. What you write here is what gets read.
What happens next
Rakesh reads it himself
Enquiries are not triaged by anyone else. There is no queue and no assistant. If the project is a fit you hear back within two working days.
A first conversation, at no cost
Usually a short call, then a look at the site or the premises. This is where the scope and the site are settled together, before anything is drawn.
Terms in writing before drawings
The stage sequence and what triggers each payment are agreed in writing first. An advance covers the presentation drawings. Nothing is drawn before that is settled.
Reach the studio directly
The direct phone, email and WhatsApp details are not published yet. Send the form and the enquiry still reaches Rakesh. Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
Working outside Aligarh?
Drawings, structural and MEP coordination and site supervision are offered for projects outside the district. Supervision follows the project: site visits are built into the fee for the supervision period, with site-visit charges after the window ends. The fee accounts for distance and duration; it is not used to refuse the work.
