Privacy

This page explains what happens to the information you send through this website. It is written plainly and describes only what the site actually does.

What the enquiry form collects

The contact form asks for five things: your name, your phone number, your email address, the kind of project you are planning, and a description of what you want to build. All five are required, because that is the minimum needed to answer you properly. Nothing else is collected.

Where it goes

When you submit the form, the details are emailed directly to the studio. The mail is delivered through a third-party transactional email provider, which only carries the message and does not use it for anything else.

The confirmation also offers to open WhatsApp with your details filled in. That handoff only happens if you choose it, and taking it means the conversation continues in WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

What the site does not do

  • No advertising or third-party tracking scripts are loaded.
  • No analytics profile is built about you.
  • Your enquiry details are not sold, rented or shared for marketing.
  • The site sets no advertising cookies.

How long it is kept

Your enquiry is kept for as long as it takes to respond and, if it becomes a project, for the duration of that engagement and the record keeping that follows it. If it does not become a project, it is kept only as long as it is useful to answer you.

Asking for it to be removed

You can ask for your enquiry details to be deleted at any time. Use the contact page and the studio will action it.
