A commercial building, 4,000 sq ft per floor over four floors including a basement, for client S.S. Gill. A commercial engagement is paced by the market the building serves. Presentation drawings resolve the front that has to work at driving speed; working drawings then carry the floor plates, the signboard zone and the tenant fit-out logic; structural and MEP follow; supervision holds the facade and the shared services to the drawing through construction, until closure.
