What was built

Office interior works, 1,600 sq ft. The programme is a small trading office laid out whole: two director cabins, an accounts room, a conference room, a reception with a waiting lounge, a staff room and an entry toilet. The fit-out is the office's working diagram; every room in the list is a room the business uses daily.

How an engagement like this runs

A commercial engagement is paced by the market the building serves. Presentation drawings resolve the front that has to work at driving speed; working drawings then carry the floor plates, the signboard zone and the tenant fit-out logic; structural and MEP follow; supervision holds the facade and the shared services to the drawing through construction, until closure.
