What was built
A greenfield commercial plaza built from the ground up on Ramghat Road, 3,000 sq ft per floor over five floors. The plot is three-side open with two sides facing main roads, which is the fact that shaped the design: the stated requirement was an aesthetic front elevation to drive footfall and recognition. On a plot with two road faces the elevation is not decoration; it is the plaza's advertisement, and the brief asked for one that works.
How an engagement like this runs
A commercial engagement is paced by the market the building serves. Presentation drawings resolve the front that has to work at driving speed; working drawings then carry the floor plates, the signboard zone and the tenant fit-out logic; structural and MEP follow; supervision holds the facade and the shared services to the drawing through construction, until closure.
This is the practice’s standing method for the type, not a claim about this project. The stage sequence and payment triggers are on how we work.
Where this record stands
The practice’s archive is being documented project by project. For this entry, the record holds location, year, scale, the recorded brief; still to be documented are photographs from the practice archive, the client consent that allows story and photographs to publish.
