How an engagement like this runs
A hospitality engagement plans two or more businesses inside one shell. Presentation drawings resolve the public volumes and the room modules separately; working drawings coordinate the services both need, kitchen extract with guest rooms, goods movement with guest arrival; structural and MEP carry the party-hall spans and the water demand. Supervision tracks the guest-facing finishes hardest, because those are the ones the market judges.
This is the practice’s standing method for the type, not a claim about this project. The stage sequence and payment triggers are on how we work.
Where this record stands
The practice’s archive is being documented project by project. For this entry, the record holds location, year; still to be documented are scale, the written brief, photographs from the practice archive, the client consent that allows story and photographs to publish.
