Golden Stone Resort

What was built

A resort on a 60 x 150 ft covered area: a ground-floor restaurant and party halls, a basement banquet, rooms on the first three floors, and a front lobby area. The section is the design. Eating, celebration and staying are stacked as distinct floors off one lobby, and that vertical separation is the working plan of a resort on a single footprint.

How an engagement like this runs

A hospitality engagement plans two or more businesses inside one shell. Presentation drawings resolve the public volumes and the room modules separately; working drawings coordinate the services both need, kitchen extract with guest rooms, goods movement with guest arrival; structural and MEP carry the party-hall spans and the water demand. Supervision tracks the guest-facing finishes hardest, because those are the ones the market judges.
