What was built

Coaching-institute fit-outs across Delhi branches: Nirvana Vihar, South Extension Part 2, Netaji Subhash Place, Gurugram Sector 18 and Nirvana Country among them. The work is repeat fit-out: a coaching branch needs classrooms, reception and counselling in a working arrangement, and these interiors were carried across the chain's locations as one continuing engagement.

How an engagement like this runs

An institutional engagement runs on two calendars: the academic one and the construction one. Presentation drawings resolve the campus logic, gates, movement and the block that keeps working; working drawings and structural follow block by block; supervision is phased so occupied wings are never closed for cosmetic work. Payment stages align with the committee funding cycle.
