What was built
An existing 10+2 school building refactored into a paramedical college: 25,000 sq ft over two floors on a 10,000 sq yd plot. The campus plan puts a hostel at the back, two front main gates, and a U-shaped road running to the college main building's gate. The existing structure was kept and re-purposed for the college's use rather than demolished, which is what refactoring means: change of use within standing walls.
How an engagement like this runs
An institutional engagement runs on two calendars: the academic one and the construction one. Presentation drawings resolve the campus logic, gates, movement and the block that keeps working; working drawings and structural follow block by block; supervision is phased so occupied wings are never closed for cosmetic work. Payment stages align with the committee funding cycle.
This is the practice’s standing method for the type, not a claim about this project. The stage sequence and payment triggers are on how we work.
